"The driver was not outside the restaurant when we went to leave. It was dark, cold, and we were in an area of the city where we did not feel safe. It took 30 mins and negotiations via text with the driver to track him down. He was repeatedly unresponsive via text and we had to chase him up for responses. In the end, my colleague had to walk down the street waving her arms while repeatedly asking down the phone if he could see her. His driving was erratic, and neither of us would recommend him to female passengers travelling alone. "

"Service was seamless from start to finish, cant fault it. I did get charged £1.50 for a text message which I really dint want or need but maybe I omitted to tick a box in the process. perhaps the system should make you tick a box if you want this service rather than having to un-tick it? Minor blip in the overall delivery of a smooth process."
